4. Storage & retention

Inquiry submissions and uploaded files are stored on our behalf by Supabase (hosted in Canada / North America) and are accessible only to authorised Lavish Wallcoverings staff. We retain records for as long as reasonably necessary to service your project and to meet accounting or legal obligations.

5. Third parties

We use a small number of service providers to run this site (hosting, email delivery, form storage). These providers process data only on our instructions and under their own privacy commitments.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email lavishwallcoverings@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
